We called the dealership how they can sell a vehicle for a kid has no job,, refuse to get the car back ,, called the back they financed him with Santander bank they did not fund the deal, ,few days later they financed him with Ally without his consent, we tried several time to return the car but they refused, ,we are in the process to have a lawyer to handle their scammed business, also we called the Ally bank and in the process to see if we can stop the loan to be funded,, BIG SCAMERS More
Went to look at a Taurus SHO and at first glance the car had three different tire brands which Were hard on the tread, and definitely looked more than 50% worn. Had a Few dings in the door and they were cha had three different tire brands which Were hard on the tread, and definitely looked more than 50% worn. Had a Few dings in the door and they were charging a premium price for this vehicle. Granted, I did go to look at it and I did make an offer that Was low ($1,000+ tires, $2000+ body Paint work minimum), but having to replace tires, repair the ding, 10+ rock chips on the hood that looks like a child touched it up to make this car presentable and more of a premium car to me justified the offer. I believe this was a fair price and I was willing to move on if it was a no. An offer was made, and that whole sign here on this piece of paper that this is your offer and will end it at that if they don’t accept and that would be the end. This was an almost 90,000 mile vehicle so I understand that things are worn but if you are looking to get a premium price for a vehicle that is at best mediocre not worth it. Then I was pretty much told I’m an uneducated “Stupid” person, and I know nothing from the sales manager that was pushing his car hard that’s been sitting on a lot for 90 days then brings me a piece of paper that tells me he’s the best in the nation that had about five cars on it, than I asked if this is in the nation, and he says yes, this is nationwide (5 Taurus SHOs available nationwide) this guy must think I’m an idiot, he did call me uneducated. Not a bad dealership, but my experience with this high-pressure A** I most likely won’t visit it again. I understand I’m just single person which don’t make a difference in a corporation that has tens of thousands of customers But my experience and being called uneducated and “stupid”, in so many words, leaves a bad impression on a person. I worked with Anthony Guiliano to purchase a 2012 Ford Explorer for my 98 year old dad who still drives. Anthony was amazing. We were reluctant to start a purchasing process because we simply didn't want Explorer for my 98 year old dad who still drives. Anthony was amazing. We were reluctant to start a purchasing process because we simply didn't want to go through a lot of "sales" crap. Anthony stuck with making us comfortable and the process easy and actually fun. My dad even liked him and at his age he dislikes everyone. Anthony took care of a few minor issue requests and we purchased the Explorer. Go to Napleton Ford Oak Lawn and ask for Anthony Guiliano!
