Brought my truck in for timing chain issues heard from Paul the next day telling me it w be a few days to repair 15 days later I got my vehicle. There was problems getting parts which I understand due to Paul the next day telling me it w be a few days to repair 15 days later I got my vehicle. There was problems getting parts which I understand due to supply chain issues my only complaint is your communication system i called to get updates 5 times and each time I was transferred to service dept I was put on hold for 5 to 10 minutes listening to Pat Foley commercials then disconnected. I was forced to get a ride and go to the dealership in person just to get answers. Never got through on the phone. More
