I'll always buy from NJ State Auto Auction I bought a car here a few years back. I decided I wanted a change since I never had any issues before. I came in today because my car was in an accide I bought a car here a few years back. I decided I wanted a change since I never had any issues before. I came in today because my car was in an accident and surprisingly Kriss Shah was still working there. He had helped me before and once again he was able to help me pick out a 2013 Nissan Altima. I brought my car home in a tow truck! Go to another dealer. As I drove my car home from their dealership, in the turnpike, the car started to jerk. It happened many times that I have to pull over to the should As I drove my car home from their dealership, in the turnpike, the car started to jerk. It happened many times that I have to pull over to the shoulder and was forced to take the nearest exit (Secaucus). When the car finally stopped. I noticed that it is overheating. The temp needle is at the max. I turned the car off to let it cool. When I tried to start it, it won't start. It was already dark so I decided to call a tow truck. While waiting for the truck, a police pulled over to check what happened. I told him the situation. He said I have to move the car to a safer place. It was around 9:00 pm. The police even had to push the car while I steered to the nearest side street. The tow truck came and the driver loaded the car. He told me he saw the hose was hanging off the radiator!!! xxx?? How and why would radiator hose come off, from a dealer? It made a xxxx out of my day. The worst a car buyer could experience - bring home a car in a tow truck!! I have to get it fixed so I can I drive it back to the dealer - to return. On top of it, the manager will not take it back. It was only after 4 days (including Sunday) and he won't take a return?? GREEDY SCAMMERS. I ended bringing the car back home and my nightmare continues as the car would occasionally jerk. My warning is, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT buying from this dealer! YOU CANNOT RETURN IT!There are other dealers who have the ethics and conscience worth doing business with. . If there's a zero or negative rating, I would have rated that. More
