Jacob was amazing and helped me! I was rear ended and the decorative border around my license plate was shattered and it was a sentimental gift from my mentor who died. Looking at the vehicle, it seems to have damage that is consistent with an accident which I was told was not in an accident which I specifically asked about to the sales person I was dealing with. You can tell there was a headlight repair and repairs done to the hood of the car. Also they charged me $1800 roughly to some kind of service fee pertaining to fixing up the car. I forgot the exact term but I also was not told about this fee, I only noticed it when I went back to read the paperwork that I signed. More
