Also trade-in experience was not that great, felt as if taken advantage of because I came to purchase car by driving 100miles from my residence and the finance person knew I will sell at little less cost. Not good on the trade in part. Having said that , bad experience in trade in section but excellent experience working with Vanessa on new car purchase. Go and ask for Vanessa to buy your car and avoid trade-in or get price confirmation first before going in or else the trade in team tries to take advantage of customer. More

It was supposed to be a quick and easy purchase because everything was completed before my arrival. The car was not ready, the paperwork was not ready. I was supposed to get a HB but ended up with a as sedan. I got home (2.5hr drive) to find my key fob was dead. I shouldn’t have to pay to replace a battery. All should have been checked before I left the premises. More
