I drive from Stockton to get my car serviced at Elk Grove Mazda. Someone dinged my car when I was in a parking lot getting groceries. I talked to Briana about it and she recommended Elk Grove Custom Collision. I stopped by there after my car was finished being serviced and received some excellent insurance advice and an estimate for repairs. I recently lost my husband after being together nearly 60 years. He always handled car and insurance matters, so buying a car at Elk Grove Mazda and handling things like getting a car serviced and even filing insurance claims are all new for me. Thankfully, Elk Grove Mazda has been wonderful to deal with and extremely predeceasing helpful. Thank you! More

The repair work itself appears to have been handled appropriately, and Danny was excellent when I picked up my vehicle. He has always been great to work with and is usually my service advisor. My frustration was with the communication process while the vehicle was being serviced. I received updates about the repair and a service video, but I never received a clear notification that my vehicle was completed and ready for pickup. Because of that, I had to reach out myself for clarification. Better communication regarding vehicle status and completion would have made the experience much smoother. More
