Everyone was friendly and you were treated with respect. After searching the internet for a 2010 Tahoe they had the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Would definitely return or recommend this dealership. Very smooth transaction with no stress. If you should happen to be searching for a Chevy go to this dealership and ask for Allan Schilling in sales. More
I bought a 2006 Impala from Mall Chevrolet in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Car was sold to me as Certified Preowned and came with a Certified Warranty. I have the window sticker to prove that. When it came time Hill, NJ. The Car was sold to me as Certified Preowned and came with a Certified Warranty. I have the window sticker to prove that. When it came time to have expensive work done on the vehicle, it turns out they never "Certified" it, and even though I do have the paper stating my vehicle is Certified, the managers told me "You're beat, you have nothing on us". I contacted GM and they said my car wasn't ever Certified by Mall. The Window Sticker has my VIN number on it! What more proof could I possible have? BBB referred me to the Attorney General, and the fight continues. More
My 79-year-old father leased a 2008 impala 4 months ago. He decided to buy out the lease and returned to the dealer. Salesman told him he could not buy out the car and instead spent the next 8 hours confusing him. After 7 hours of high-pressure sales, the salesman drove old man to his house where $11K in cash was taken out of the family safe, then drove father to bank to get $3K more cash. Finally, back in the dealership with $14K cash, my confused father was sold a 2008 Malibu for $43K!! With the 9% interest rate they gave him, the car 2008 Malibu will cost $51K!! Of course, the deal also included $3500 for extended warranty, GAP for another $1,250, etc.. all the bells and whistles. They really took advantage of this old, deaf man for every penny they could get. Just because he had great credit and a deteriorating mind, they milked him for every drop they could get. More
