Mac Haik Chevrolet - Service Center

Unfortunate events had my tahoe into the service center several times the last month. Jose Rosales was there when I first took it in for the alternator issue. Soon after my transmission went out and I cont several times the last month. Jose Rosales was there when I first took it in for the alternator issue. Soon after my transmission went out and I contacted Jose again for assistance. He does a great job of communicating and trying to get the vehicle issues resolved quickly. He has gone above and beyond to get my vehicle back to great working condition and his customer service is really out of this world. Anytime I have any future issues I will definitely ask for Jose and I suggest you do the same. More

Had a horrible time with another Chevrolet dealership in the area. They screwed up things with my truck three too many times. I had great luck with Mac Haik in the past but figured I’d try my luck with wher the area. They screwed up things with my truck three too many times. Fast forward and this has been nothing short of continued great experience from the guys over here. Chris did a fantastic job on keeping me appraised of what was going on with the truck and relayed updates on other things to be checked out. Truck drives as good as new and I just wish I could get back the last 3 years I was going to another dealership. Won’t make that mistake again.
