When the recall repair FAILED, spilling out 1 & 1/2 tanks for fuel, they sent a wrecker for the car and made sure the parts were functioning properly before returning my vehicle to me. More

I tried to call the above number, got only the standard recording. The operator option simply takes you back to the recording, pretty frustrating! The service department manager is well aware of this incident. Actually, he's the one who sent the wrecker and kept checking back with me until the wrecker reached me. I understand the fuel line repair that failed on my car wasn't the first. Whether that's a technician problem or a parts problem, I don't know but it is worth you finding out. My car could have caught on fire, damaging not only my car and me, but others around me. This was definitely not my favorite visit to Lithia.....and the phone system certainly doesn't help!
