Urey and Fino are first rate salesmen and treated me with great respect.  The fact that Fino recognized my military service with pretty much a haggle free straightforward bottom line that was comfortable for me is greatly appreciated.  Urey was the most thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales professional I have ever come across. It's the first time I have been given a tour of the car and dealership facility from top to bottom, inside and out.  I never once felt rushed or pressured in any way.  In short, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a 2011 Camaro 1LT RS - I came in with a pre-approved loan but they beat the rate by .25% which I thought was good because the pre-approval was with bank of america and the new rate was with pre-approved loan but they beat the rate by .25% which I thought was good because the pre-approval was with bank of america and the new rate was with bank of america. My sales person was not the most knowledgable about the car I was purchasing, however she did bring the mechanic and other staff to answer the questions. I am pretty picky about customer service and the small things that add up to getting busniess and this dealership didn't scare me off. The one thing I don't like about this dealership is the lot. It is packed with cars and like a mouse maze to get around it. More
