Everyone was excellent. From the moment I walked in, they didn't make me feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. They made me feel more like they were there to help me and wi didn't make me feel like they were trying to sell me the most expensive car on the lot. Urey and Fino are first rate salesmen and treated me with great respect.  The fact that Fino recognized my military service with pretty much a haggle free straightforward bottom line that was comfortable for me is greatly appreciated.  Urey was the most thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable sales professional I have ever come across. It's the first time I have been given a tour of the car and dealership facility from top to bottom, inside and out.  I never once felt rushed or pressured in any way.  In short, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought a 2011 Camaro 1LT RS - I came in with a pre-approved loan but they beat the rate by .25% which I thought was good because the pre-approval was with bank of america and the new rate was with pre-approved loan but they beat the rate by .25% which I thought was good because the pre-approval was with bank of america and the new rate was with bank of america. My sales person was not the most knowledgable about the car I was purchasing, however she did bring the mechanic and other staff to answer the questions. I am pretty picky about customer service and the small things that add up to getting busniess and this dealership didn't scare me off. The one thing I don't like about this dealership is the lot. It is packed with cars and like a mouse maze to get around it. More
