Here's a detailed explanation why: They use a third service party company to make service appointments which in it's self isn't bad idea it's just executed poorly. You will call wait on hold and then they say they will call you back and don't. And when you make it to the service department to checkin you will stand there awkwardly before some acknowledges you. Even though they have no customers infront of them they are very focused on there computers. The people are friendly but just a bad experience all around. More

Hsan was good with the initial information to see if they had the truck on their lot. Once I was passed to the sales manager to get the pricing the sales pricing manager broke down the price with discounts. had the truck on their lot.
