We came very close to buying a car here, after test driving three. The salesman seemed helpful, until we got to the numbers and the trade-in. In the end, I guess he did us a favor, as we ended up with a better car (which was a different make and model to the traverse we were seriously considering). I think I am most irritated, as I feel that he did this as he was dealing with two women, and thought he could pull one over us. Disappointing overall. More

Liars to the core! 1. These salesmen knew about issues with the car battery, old spark plugs, cracked CV boot, scored brake rotors and a cracked windshield - - and ye 1. These salesmen knew about issues with the car battery, old spark plugs, cracked CV boot, scored brake rotors and a cracked windshield - - and yet they sold the car to us, claiming their mechanics did a thorough check of the pre-owned car. 2. Finance guy number one lied about the number of months one needs to hold the car loan with the dealer before paying it off. Finance guy number two also lied about the same thing, but gave us a different number of months. The bank said both men were 100% lying - no penalty at all for paying off the loan. 3. Sales Manager, Nii Adjartey, flat out lied about reimbursing us for the faulty car battery. First he wiggled out of reimbursing us for labor costs and then never sent us a check at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
