What Others Say
I’m was very disappointed after purchasing my dream car.. The Car purchase was new but the paint was horrible after sitting outside for an entire year.Spoke with the Service Manager once and never again. She made a bunch of promises and excuses. The Car I traded was an immaculate condition not one scratch or swirl mark.lifetime PPF track pack and ceramic coated. Lindsay Chevrolet is all about numbers not Customer Service or how a customer feels after purchasing a six figure vehicle Only to have to do thousands and thousands of dollars of work to make it presentable. Also the sticker striped that’s on my 2025 Z06 Corvette is peeling off and I have to get that fixed also on my own time and on my own dime. Unbelievable I will never purchase another vehicle from this Dealership.
Easy setup and the services were completed in a reasonable amount of time. In most case the techs are able to diagnose most problems with my vehicle.
★★★★★ I would give them 10 starts!
My experience at Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA was absolutely amazing and truly restored my faith in customer service. This meant a lot to me after a very disappointing experience at Lindsay Cadillac in Alexandria, where I purchased my Cadillac XT5.
During my visit to the Lindsay Cadillac service department, I noticed that the wood trim inside my SUV had been broken in half after my vehicle was serviced. What was most upsetting was that this damage was never communicated to me nor acknowledged when I picked up my vehicle. My interaction with the service department, including the service manager Sergio, left me feeling uncomfortable and undervalued, and the level of professionalism and communication did not meet my expectations.
Coming to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge and working with Joe Burley in the service department and Jason, the technician, was a complete turnaround. They showed genuine care and concern for both my vehicle and my overall experience. Joe took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt respected and supported. Jason was thorough, professional, and ensured my vehicle was properly taken care of.
What stood out most was Joe’s kindness and professionalism. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made me feel welcomed right away. That first impression truly mattered.
I also want to briefly acknowledge Ruby, who I interacted with briefly and found to be respectful and professional. Credit is due where credit is deserved.
I have since returned to Lindsay Chevrolet for additional service, and Joe recognized me immediately and stepped in to assist me without hesitation. That level of customer care is rare. He took the time to show me how to program my mirrors and other minor things. Thank you so much Joe! I truly felt appreciated!
Thank you, Joe and Jason, for your professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding service. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Lindsay Chevrolet as long as I am able to work with Joe.
Top notch dealership, professional customer service! Glad to have my older vehicle service there! Thanks.
Lindsay Chevrolet Woodbridge – Fraudulent Warranty Practices, Poor Service, and Dishonored Commitment
I strongly warn anyone considering this dealership. I am explaining my personal experience so that it will help other people. I purchased an extended warranty for my 2020 Chevy Suburban and was told the deductible was $100, but the paperwork stated $500, a clear misrepresentation. The transmission failed twice while under warranty, and I reported the problems multiple times before it expired, including documented texts and service visits, but their mechanics repeatedly claimed “no problem found,” ignoring clear evidence of a fluid leak from another shop. Only after the warranty expired did they admit the transmission was defective and refused to cover the repair. This is not just negligence, it appears to be deliberate delay and cheating customers to avoid honoring warranties, a pattern I also experienced with Lindsay Chevy in 2018.
After I posted a bad review, I was called by the General Manager along with the service director on the phone. The General Manager’s behavior was very unprofessional and he screamed at me. On the call they acknowledged that my car had a valve body of the transmission problem and they made a commitment with me that they would repair it at no cost with a short term warranty with the condition that I remove all of my bad reviews. After I removed my reviews about Lindsay’s negligence, I dropped my car off twice and they are now claiming there is no problem in the transmission. As per their habitual cheating practice, they are now denying any issue.
I am preparing to file a lawsuit against Lindsay Chevy and GM for their fraudulent and deceptive practices. Customers should be extremely cautious, this dealership cannot be trusted to provide honest service or competent repairs or keep their word.
Wanted to thank Mike Schmidt who provides excellent customer service. He is always very attentive to ensure that I fully understand what is needed to keep my vehicle in its best working condition and always takes the time to ensure I also understand what the costs are and what can be accomplished later. I always look forward to bringing my car in for service because I know Mike will take care of me.
