I bought a car here that was a trade in. After two weeks having the car the rear wheels locked up while I was on the highway. This could have been a terrible accident if circumstances were different. After a shop looked at the car, whoever traded it in did a very poor job of working on it and there was no fluid in various parts of the car and the transfer case literally melted on itself. Bolts were missing, things were loose. They literally sold me a car that they didn't BOTHER inspecting. When I was on the tow truck and called them roughly 18 days after purchasing the car they said "Sorry, talk to mitusbishi". The sales person "Jannie" told me I had a factory warranty. After taking it to Mitsubishi they told me it was voided. This place took my used car and sold me one that had damage done that was very easy to find out given inspection. The sales person literally lied about the warranty. I would NEVER do business here. More
Went to Lindsay to consider buying two new cars. A Volt and a Tahoe. It was a Friday afternoon and the dealership was not busy with customers. We received a flyer in the mail for a promotion on trade in vehicles. The promotion flyer worked because it got us in the door. I was not expecting them to pay me 100% of what my vehicle was purchased at but what i was expecting was them to show me cars, discuss the promotion, and see if we could do business. After 10 minutes the sales rep refused to let us talk to a manager and the same old game of back and forth between sales rep and manager started. Finally, my wife and I went over to the manager and was told he didn't have time to talk to us. We left. On way home I called Paul Smyth the GM to complain about my experience. Good news, he called me back. Bad news... he yelled at me the entire time and accused me of being a bad customer. I was shocked and still can't believe that in the competitive car buying business there is any room for a GM to act like that. I went to another Chevy dealer a week later and was told that they receive many customers FROM Lindsay Cheverolet because of Paul Smyth and the poor attitude of the staff. I would not buy a used lawn mower from any Lindsay dealership so long as Paul Smyth is employed with the organization. More

We thought Chris Coleman’s greeting was very welcoming and unique. We were greeted with the question: “Are you looking for a place to park?” Chris had positioned himself so that he was the first person and unique. We were greeted with the question: “Are you looking for a place to park?” Chris had positioned himself so that he was the first person potential customers would encounter upon entering the Lindsay Chevrolet lot….smart move! After telling us where we could park, Chris said he would meet us in the front lot. After introducing himself he asked about our interests. Knowing our wants in a truck, Chris proceeded to show us what was available, all the while explaining the differences between the various models. After a tentative selection, Chris prepped the truck for a test drive during which he explained the features of the truck. We asked about the price of the vehicle and found out that because it was a 2013 model there wasn’t much discount versus the 2012 models. We then inquired about the availability of 2012 models with similar equipment as the 2013. Chris patiently ran through the inventory and found the truck we eventually bought. However, before finalizing the purchase, we asked about the availability of other 2012 models in a different color. Again, Chris went through the search process and brought out a third vehicle to show us. After all that we finalized the purchase by buying the second vehicle we were shown. Jewel Kelly walked us through the financing process and explained the various options, e.g., warranty extensions, protection plans, etc. She made sure we understood the financial impact of each option. There was a moment when we considered stopping and that was when we were told that because of the CarFax report on our car, the trade-in value was about 30% of what we expected. CarFax reported that the car had been in an accident in November 2003 which involved the left front of the car. I told Mr. Johnson, who ran the numbers for the truck price, that I was never in an accident and that as the primary and sole driver of the car I would remember being in an accident. I did call my insurance company USAA on Monday, August 6, 2012 and received confirmation that I did not have an accident in my car and that no claim had been filed against or by myself for the car. After some discussion, the trade-in offer was increased and was close to the Kelly Blue Book value. So the sale was then finalized. I look at the CarFax report as an anomaly and would recommend a second opinion, e.g., calling the customer’s insurance company and having the dealer’s Used Car Manager review the area of supposed damage to confirm the alleged damage. I completely enjoyed my car purchasing experience. Vince Keam did a marvelous job! Mr. Keam listened to what I wanted, my concerns, and what my financial boundary was. Vince showed off the cars in the lot and focused on the Cruze, which was remarkable. Vincent went through the vehicle and expounded on what I saw. Mr. Keam popped the hood, began describing the make up and power of the engine and its fuel efficiency. Then, he popped the trunk, showed how roomy it is, and then went to the back seats, lowered them and showed off just how much could be transported if you needed the extra room! Mr. Serafino did a marvelous job in closing the deal, while Jewel explained the importance of protecting this investment. Over all, I had an outstanding and enjoyable experience. It will be a great pleasure in dealing with this team for years to come. I highly recommend the Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge Team! More

We did purchase a vehicle and I most say the experience was much better than I expected. I have made purchases from BMW and Mercedes dealership and the comparison between them and Lindsay was transparent to say the least.....My wife and I were very pleased with the extraordinary efforts all the Lindsay professionals displayed to ensure our experience was memorable......i am also in the customer service business and I would rate my experience with Lindsay as a extreme customer service experience. Not only will I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, I am sure I will return if I need another new vehicle. More

This was by far my best car buying experience ever. I thought I had settled on a car with another dealership however after Mr. Brooks had responded to my online request for a price quote, I realized I wa thought I had settled on a car with another dealership however after Mr. Brooks had responded to my online request for a price quote, I realized I was not receiving the best deal I could get from the other dealer. Mr. Brooks was able to to get me a better deal with more options. Unbelievable! He was fast, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. When it came to financing, Mr. Moridzadeh was able to offer me a better deal than my credit union. No hassle financing, one stop shopping and a great payment options. Before I had even pulled out the lot I had received an email welcoming me to Lindsay and scheduling my first oil change. Talk about service.
