From start to finish I was impressed with the sale person. I had visit four other dealers in the area but the sale person, James Gibson, sold me on buying my new car. He had the right tone and created the right atmosphere for me and that made a big different. The price was right, the trade-in fair, and the dealers were all friendly. I identified an available 2014 white Camaro online, went to the Lindsey dealership and encountered Mr. Alvin Bryant, a Salesperson at the dealership. Alvin was very easy to converse with and made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Alvin is very knowledgeable, and specific to my case, knowledgeable of the car that I came to see and test drive. I clearly communicated to Alvin that my time is valuable and intended to test drive the car (in the evening) before sunset. Alvin accommodated my request, I test drove the car and Alvin expeditiously worked with me to obtain a sensible price and close the sale to include all of the necessary paperwork. After dealing with Mr. Bryant, I felt that I had known him for quite some time. I love my new car and am glad Mr. Bryant was involved to expedite the sale. Outstanding dealership, would highly recommend. I am stationed in SC and located the car I wanted through AutoTrader. I called Lindsay Chevrolet and spoke with Mr. Smyth who then put me in contact with stationed in SC and located the car I wanted through AutoTrader. I called Lindsay Chevrolet and spoke with Mr. Smyth who then put me in contact with Mr. Sharma to negotiate a price on the vehicle I wanted so I would not waste a trip to Virginia from SC if a deal could not be negotiated. Once we came to an agreement I was called on multiple occasions to make sure everything was in order and to get all the information together that was required to expedite the process of purchasing the vehicle when I got there. Not only did they work with me and give me a price but they were more than helpful in arranging transportation from the train station to the dealership. I had to take a train to Quantico and Mr. Bauman was there early waiting for my arrival. When I finally got to the dealership I was immediately greeted by Mr. Sharma and treated to a test drive of my car. Once I returned from the test drive Mr. Bauman ensured the car was detailed to my expectations while I finished the process of purchasing my car with Mr. Offenburg. Once everything was completed and the car was officially mine, Mr. Sharma made sure to let me know if I needed anything or had any issues to contact him directly and he would make sure it would be taken car of. On my drive back to SC in my new car I was called my Mr. Bauman to make sure the trip was going well and that I was not having any issues. The next day he also called to make sure I made it home safely. The overall professionalism, courtesy, integrity and genuine kindness of the staff made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thank you. More
