They all made me feel at home and provided the best possible advice on buying my new Corvette Stingray Convertible. I literally feel like I'm part of the family. I never felt pressured to buy anything! It was amazing the dealership had the exact color and model I had been looking for throughout the Washington Metro area. Kelvin and Frankie were great in providing descriptions of all the technology built into the new Stingray's and made it all less overwhelming. They have a total command of the product they are selling. I will still have questions but they made sure I was aware that they would be there anytime after the sale to answer any questions. Keith is just an extraordinary individual who explained in detail the financing and other options that were available with the purchase. His advice on the financing was dead-on. He also offered to answer any questions at a later date. It was also a pleasure to meet and talk with the General Manager, Paul Smyth. It can't get better than this! More

Once the sale was agreed upon the amount of time to complete paperwork and get car detailed was a little long. We arrived at dealership about 2 PM and did not get out of there until 8 PM. The car detailing was completed in a short period of time and could have been better. Inside of vehicle was dusty. The salesman had agreed to some after sales commitments (remove equipment from trade-in and install on new vehicle) and he made every effort to keep his word. The fact that the equipment from a 2007 vehicle would not fit on the new 2014 was not a failure on his part. I would definitely use this dealer again and especially this salesman. More

Pretty much what you'd expect. I went to Lindsay to purchase a used car I saw online. Took a ride/drive, talked about trade in with Sales Associate Derrick Solomon. He was friendly, honest, professional and authentic. My interaction with Derrick was the best part of the experience. I was soon greeted by the "closer" who was ready to put his used car sales skills to the test. His high pressure hardball intimidation tactics are outdated, weak and everything that gives used car salesman the stigma that you'd imagine. Turned what could have been a good, fair and exciting experience into one that felt more like a chore. It's somewhat shameful that the associates do all the work and their sale relies on the negotiating of the manager. I can't really rate anything other than good considering the process. I feel like had Derrick and I just worked through the sale it would have been a much better experience. My paperwork interactions were Keith Offenberg were friendly, efficient and professional. More

Gregory (Greg) was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. I had dropped my 08 Corvette off for some warranty work which required the warranty company to send an adjuster out to verify everything. The entire process was handled very well by Gregory and crew, taking care of everything that was required. I did not have to get involved at any point regarding the warranty work which was nice. For the 25k service, I was able to remove some items to save on cost(s) which was very helpful. Greg was even kind enough to send me the paperwork and warranty card back via mail which was received the very next day. This saved a trip up North which meant less than fun traffic coming back South! Thanks! Joe More

There was NO pressure and he provided my son with excellent advice along the way. He just had a way about him that made the entire car buying experience pleasant. I also worked with Alfonso and Ariel in finance. Both equally as professional and customer service oriented. I did come with a USAA Buyers Program quote that just made the process much easier.
