I was a little annoyed that the internet price was not available for me because of rebates offered that I was not eligible for but Daniel worked with his supervisors and ultimately made me an offer that was close enough. I recommend these guys if your in the market for a new vehicle. Lindsay Chevy's offer was much better than my local Chevy dealer and was worth the 100 mile drive. Thanks again Daniel. Let me know when you're going to ship the all weather floor mats. More

DECEPTIVE PRICING PRACTICES After numerous calls, emails, and conversations with Derek Sullivan (just quit there) and Alfonzo Brooks, I finally made the 30 mile drive North on 5/ After numerous calls, emails, and conversations with Derek Sullivan (just quit there) and Alfonzo Brooks, I finally made the 30 mile drive North on 5/20/14 to look at a Chevrolet Crew cab because their advertised lowest "love it" price was much more competitive than local dealers. Stepping back a little I had pulled a couple different stock numbers specific vehicles up on Truck Trader.com as well as Lindsay's on line site, LINDSAYCHEVROLETWOODBRIDGE.COM and new exactly what units I was looking at and the lowest "love it" price matched on both sites. I asked the salesman initially assigned to me (Derek Sullivan) about the pricing and he told me that was the lowest price possible and was made possible becasue of Lindsays volume purchase power from Chevorlet and allowed a much lower price than other dealers. He went on to pad this explanation by saying other dealers from all around come there to buy and resale vehecles. So it was verbally confirmed to me that the advertised price was possible if you met all qualifications. Ok, so I make the drive up after texting the salesman and telling him my arrival time. Apparently he passed this on to others as shortly after a young lady called me to confirm I wanted to drive up and test drive and also get a quote on my trade, a 2012 Toyota Tundra. So, I get there and not impressed with how they are handling construction and customer parking at facility. Impossible to get around, no direction, and no where to park the vehicle I drove up. Finally I speak to a salesperson walking through lot and he advised me where to park. I sit down with him (cant remember his name, Alfonzo assigned him to me) and start looking at vehicles he pulls up on his computer. To make sure I am comparing apples to apples, I pull up the TruckTrader site and confirm stock numbers. A particular double cab model, in silver was advertised at a "love it" price of $30,800 but on Lindsays computer system it is over $34k as lowest price. Ok, I now get a patronizing explanation how prices "change every day", and how Trucktrader.com "probably has it listed wrong", and so on and soo forth. I told salesman I pulled these up this mornnig and doubt they went up $4000 in last couple hours. I also doubt that EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE LISTED ON TRUCKTRADER was listed wrong. I pulled up the site on my smartphone and showed salesman. he couldnt explain it other to say it was list wrong. Even though, that morning at work when I oulled the same vehicles up on my smartphone and work computer on internet at the LINDSAYCHEVROLETWOODBRIDGE.COM site, the lowest prices matched. I am not new to buying vehicles, or researching on line, or on a site like Trucktrader.com. I have never seen this kind of descrepency, ever. I know listing mistakes happen. But every single unit listed on truck trader and the public on line Lindsay web site was much lower than what they had listed at the dealer as their lowest price. This is an obvious ploy to get folks up to the dealer. It is really fraudulent and dispicable. I plan on researching this further and if all conveys still as stated in this review, I plan on acting accordingly and posting a warning on social media. Furthermore, one of the reason I made the drive was to get a trade in offer.......but after 2 hours there, no one took the time to look at my trade, so that was a waste of time too. At this point I would never buy a vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet or recommend to others. Unless they contact me, give an acceptable explanation, and honor these low prices advertised on line to the general public, I am done with Lindsay Chevrolet except to further post my negative experiences with this company by all means available. James Gibson gave us his undivided attention from the moment we walked in the door till we drove away in our new Tahoe. He did not rush us to make a decision, he gave us the impression he was working for us. We decided to drive to Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge VA based on wide selection and customer service I received by email and phone conversations, something we could not find locally. I highly recommend Lindsay Chevrolet AND JAMES GIBSON. My next Tahoe will be from Lindsay Chevrolet. More

They all made me feel at home and provided Absolutely the most friendliest and most knowledgeable group of individuals I have known for a long time! They all made me feel at home and provided the best possible advice on buying my new Corvette Stingray Convertible. I literally feel like I'm part of the family. I never felt pressured to buy anything! It was amazing the dealership had the exact color and model I had been looking for throughout the Washington Metro area. Kelvin and Frankie were great in providing descriptions of all the technology built into the new Stingray's and made it all less overwhelming. They have a total command of the product they are selling. I will still have questions but they made sure I was aware that they would be there anytime after the sale to answer any questions. Keith is just an extraordinary individual who explained in detail the financing and other options that were available with the purchase. His advice on the financing was dead-on. He also offered to answer any questions at a later date. It was also a pleasure to meet and talk with the General Manager, Paul Smyth. It can't get better than this! More
Purchase of a new Silverado I searched the inventory and found the truck I wanted on the Internet. Once the sale was agreed upon the amount of time to complete paperwork and get car detailed was a little long. We arrived at dealership about 2 PM and did not get out of there until 8 PM. The car detailing was completed in a short period of time and could have been better. Inside of vehicle was dusty. The salesman had agreed to some after sales commitments (remove equipment from trade-in and install on new vehicle) and he made every effort to keep his word. The fact that the equipment from a 2007 vehicle would not fit on the new 2014 was not a failure on his part. I would definitely use this dealer again and especially this salesman. More
