THE MAN OF THE MYTH initially when I walked into Lindsay I had on my poker face and the idea it was me against them. Now this being my third vehicle I purchased from Lind initially when I walked into Lindsay I had on my poker face and the idea it was me against them. Now this being my third vehicle I purchased from Lindsay I would have to say I have never left the dealer feeling anything less than fully satisfied. The main reasoning being through Kelvin Mitchell who went well beyond what most would. Kelvin made it a point to not only be a great salesman and promote a positive image for the company but also helped to develop a personal relationship. kelvin did not only sell me a car but he brought me into an extended family. He went above and beyond to ensure the car I wanted was given to me at the price I was looking for, he never once lost his temperament even though at some points I was making ridonclus demands. Through the whole negotiation process Kelvin was batting for me and in the grand scheme of things ensured I was taken care of. Best experience ever and I will continue to go to this Man anytime I am in the need for another vehicle, also the rest of the Lindsay staff has been amazing too. Truly I would have to recommend to all my friends family and anyone in the search of a great deal. KELVIN FOR PRESIDENT!!!! More

Nath the GREAT!!! Nate was very up to dtae with his information. I was very anxious about my car buying experience because this can be an all day afair. Rough Start but, Lindsay Came Through in the End I have to be honest about this review up front: I was not satisfied at first, which is the reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5 on Customer Service, a I have to be honest about this review up front: I was not satisfied at first, which is the reason I only gave 4 stars and not 5 on Customer Service, as well as rating my Overall Experience good, not excellent. After I engaged the Service Manager, everything fell in to place. They went “above and beyond” to ensure my car got fixed properly, timely (as in: lightning speed), and that I was happy. They truly lived up to their advertised customer service standards. I also have to give Shawn Noble (my assigned Customer Service Advisor) somewhat of a “pass” because right after I brought my car in for service, he went out on paternity leave because his wife was having a baby. I think he was (reasonably so) preoccupied before his leave, and his customer service department colleagues failed to pick up the slack. In addition to picking up the customer service tremendously, they also went to bat for me with GM. My car is one year out of warranty, but they still got GM to pick up roughly half the cost! This lowered the total bill that I would have had to pay by more than $4,000.00! That in itself deserves a massive “THANK YOU,” so as I said, although my experience did not start well, it certainly ended well. So, THANK YOU Lindsay Chevrolet! Better than Carmax! I enjoyed my car buying experience here at Lindsay Chevrolet so much that it resulted in me walking away from a deal that was already lined up at Carm I enjoyed my car buying experience here at Lindsay Chevrolet so much that it resulted in me walking away from a deal that was already lined up at Carmax! I was not prepared to purchase a new vehicle, but once mine began to have a substantial amount of issues, I had no choice.
