I traveled 3 hours to find the car that I'm looking for and I was very happy finding my car. From looking at different models,taking a test drive and making the purchase. But she met unexpected needs when she became a chauffeur. I thought I would rent a vehicle to return to the dealership the following day to pick up my vehicle but she actually was able to pick me up from my house and bring me back. I live almost an hour from the dealership under normal conditions . However the morning she was to pick me up there was a incident that shut down the beltway. It took her 3 hours. I don't believe that anyone could expect that so I definitely couldn't be happier! More

It was clear that I was not a priority; I was unable to communicate with them and had to physically drive down to get any feedback on service that took three times as long as they originally claimed. This is the second experience, the sales department was horrible, using the USAA car-buyer program they advertised a better deal than they had. They attempted a bait and switch. They appear to be a predatory buisness. I would recommend that anyone considering buying a Chevrolet in Northern Virginia drive the extra distance to Fredericksburg or Manassas. More

Rude and Belittling. First and foremost, Alison Shine was excellent and had me sold on a vehicle. Alison deserves to be promoted to replace her incompetent superiors. Her First and foremost, Alison Shine was excellent and had me sold on a vehicle. Alison deserves to be promoted to replace her incompetent superiors. Her manager Adia Robinson was rude, belittling, and chose to get into an argument with myself and my wife. Last time I checked a sales person was supposed to work with you to get a deal and listen to what you want. After repeatedly telling Adia that we did not want a lease, she told us that we were uneducated and that a lease was best for us, then she proceeded to “educate us” on leases while dodging my questions. Not only did she continuously belittle us and doubt our intelligence, she tried to sell the car to us above sticker price, and give us far below what our trade in was worth. When attempting to make a deal on the monthly payments, she gave us an outrageous price, which she subsequently lowered $150 the second we tried to arrange better payments. Although this may sound like she was working in our best interest, if one were to do the math, which I have, the outrageous monthly price she originally requested places the car far above the value which she said they were going to sale it for. This dishonest tactic appears to make it seem like they are willing to work with you, however I fear that this dishonesty has led to many people getting charged much more than what the vehicle was actually worth. When I attempted to leave, and I requested my keys back, they took over 15 minutes to get me the keys to my car, and attempted to have me speak with a financial specialist to be educated in leasing and financing options. Finally, when I went to leave, I realized that my car was not where I had parked it. I gave them permission to look at the vehicle; I did not however give the dealership permission in any way to drive my vehicle, or otherwise move it. Overall my experience with Adia Robinson has been so horrible that I will never visit Lindsay Chevrolet for service or sales again and will tell everyone I know to stay away at all costs. More

I ended up buying the Silverado from Lindsay Chevrolet because of the salesman I had visited four Chevrolet dealerships looking for a 2015 Silverado. I ended up buying the Silverado from Lindsay Chevrolet because of the salesman, Nathan Hathaway. He was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was not your typical salesman just trying to make a sale. He took time to go over all, emphasis on all, the features the truck had. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Chevrolet to first talk with Nathan Hathaway. Nathan was by far the best and most knowledge sales person I spoke with from the Chevrolet dealerships.
