Great Customer Service Lindsay was not the first Chevrolet dealership I visited, but it's where I bought my new 2015 Tahoe. After a bad experience at another dealer, I was not looking forward to starting the process all over again. The team of Kelvin Mitchell and Nathan Hathaway is what sold me on Lindsay. Nathan responded quickly to my on-line inquiry, sent me potential vehicles and worked with me over a week to set up an appointment. When I finally could make it in, Kelvin walked me through the various programs I qualified for and took the time to explain how we would get me into the Tahoe I wanted. Both were very knowledgeable about the Tahoe and had all the answers (or got the answers) to my questions. These two young men are masters of their craft. Making a customer comfortable with the product they are buying is very important and these two knocked it out of the park. I would highly recommend Lindsay Chevrolet to anyone looking to not dread purchasing a new Chevy! More
Totally Disgusted. I was very disappointed at the service I received on Saturday when I dropped off my vehicle for a service appointment. I arrived at the dealership in I was very disappointed at the service I received on Saturday when I dropped off my vehicle for a service appointment. I arrived at the dealership in time for my appointment and waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged by someone who simply said someone would be right with me. It was another 5 minutes before I was helped. All of the work I requested was not done and by the time I got back to the dealership, the sales department was closed. I made an appointment to the oil on my vehicle changed. Greg, though a bit rude, was able to upsell me a recommended service based on the mileage on my vehicle. The upgrade included a wheel alignment and tire rotation. I asked for one of the tires on the vehicle to be replaced. It was very worn and in bad condition. Greg cut me off while I was speaking and told me the technician would call me with an estimate. Three hours later, I did not receive a call so I called the dealership. The advisor told me my vehicle was almost ready and the technician did an inspection of my truck and found $3000 worth of repairs. He wanted to know if I wanted the work done. I told him no and asked taht only the work I initially requested be done. While the technician rotated the tires (and hopefully changed the oil and did the alignment), he left the bad tire on the vehicle, even though he noted the tired needed t be replaced. I had plans to go out of town on a road trip on Sunday and really wanted the tire replaced mainly as it was a safety concern. Since the dealership was closed on Sunday, I took my vehicle to BJ's Tire. When the technician at BJ's got ready to change the tire, it was discovered that my wheel lock was missing from the vehicle. I was forced to return to the dealership on Monday to get the tire replaced and get my wheel lock. After waiting approximately 15 mins, I was able to talk with Mr. Gonzalez, the service manager, and I explained my issue to him. He was very attentive and apologized for the incident on Saturday. Although he promptly got my vehicle back into the bay/worshop and had the tire replaced, I still ended up waiting 2 hours before my vehicle was ready. I'm a bit concerned that an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment took 3 hours to be completed. More discerning is the fact that while the tires were off the truck, the technician did not see it fit to replace the tire with at least the spare, even though he noted it needed to be replaced. After sales service is a very important part of the car buying process. Buying the vehicle takes at most 2 - 3 days. Servicing the vehicle lasts the life of the vehicle. I refuse to upgrade my Chevy for another and have to look forward to a vehicle lifetime of shoddy service. This is the second Chevrolet dealership I've taken my vehicle to which offers absolutely awful service and could care less about my time. To say I am disgusted with the lack of attention to detail or care shown by the service staff is an understatement. While Mr. Gonzalez did his best to fix the situation, he is only one person and it takes the entire service team to do better at customer service. I can't count of Mr. Gonzalez being there each time I bring my truck in for service and he wasn't there when I picked it up on Saturday. I had no recourse except to delay my plans in order to get my issue addressed. After all was done, a warning light appeared on my dash since Monday regarding servicing the tire monitoring system. This was not an issue before my vehicle was dropped off and it was not noted on the inspection results so something was/was not done which resulted in this warning. I am very frustrated with the dealership and it's shenanigans and rather leary about taking my truck there yet again to find out why the warning light is on. I could take it to another dealership but they did not cause the current problem so it needs to be fixed by Lindsay. More

I would highly recommend visiting Lindsay Chevrolet and asking for Nathan Hallway next time your in the market for a great car and a great car buying experience. More
Customer Service sets Lindsay Chevrolet apart I purchased a new 2015 Equinox from Lindsay Chevrolet from Adia Robinson – she is a great salesperson!! A few days later, I brought the SUV in for the I purchased a new 2015 Equinox from Lindsay Chevrolet from Adia Robinson – she is a great salesperson!! A few days later, I brought the SUV in for the EPP (environmental protection package) treatment that I bought to protect the paint/undercarriage/etc. My frustrations began at this point when another customer ran into my 2 day old, parked SUV. The dealership is under construction for a larger showroom, but parking spaces are clearly marked. Needless to say, OCD female with a damaged brand new car = not pretty! The folks at Lindsay, namely Carney Link & Ariel Sandy (and Adia), notified me and turned a very bad situation into a better one. The dealership was kind enough to deal with the bad driver (who thought he could have a friend fix it)! Ummmm, NO! He must’ve hit his head when he hit my car! Anyways, Carney had the dealership put my Equinox in their body shop and had it fixed within the week and to my satisfaction. I grew up with corvettes and trucks, so I understand the value in caring for my vehicles properly – I have had 5 yr old trucks/SUVs without 1 scratch that still looked and smelled brand new, so I am particular. I am that person! I had been so upset about the whole ordeal, but Carney and Ariel’s personal attention and overall customer service, and even follow-up months after the fact renewed my faith in their dealership and took some of the sting out of the experience. I tend to be drawn to Chevys, but because of how they dealt with the situation, I would go out of my way to purchase from Lindsay Chevrolet (and these 3 people) over going to another Chevy dealership. More
Pleasantly surprised When I went in to pick up my HHR from the Service Department, the last thing I wanted to do was buy another vehicle. However, before I knew it, I was going for a test drive in a Cruze. It was very nice and Shahzad was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. I had to turn it down because I simply didn't want it. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful and, surprising, found a car that I did want - a hybrid, a 2010 Toyota Prius. After I got it home, I looked at it and asked myself, "what just happened?" They were that good. I was impressed! More

I discussed the issue with Mr. Matt Phillips who assured me that the problem would be analyzed and corrected as needed. Mr. Phillips and Lindsay went way beyond to correct the problem. He helped us explore all the options for trucks they had in stock and on the way, and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Raul was on our team! He went above and beyond as our representative, to the point that he drove out to meet us (on the evening of Valentine's Day!) after we had left the dealership and realized that we left our house keys there. Raul is exceptional. Highly recommend working with him. More
