2015 chevy silverado "BOILER ROOM " , IF YOUVE SEEN THE MOVIE, YOU WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN!..I have purchased over 18 vehicles in the last 10 years ( some for business ) ,an "BOILER ROOM " , IF YOUVE SEEN THE MOVIE, YOU WILL KNOW WHAT I MEAN!..I have purchased over 18 vehicles in the last 10 years ( some for business ) ,and this is the worst ever!. wasn't told of the processing fee until after deal was written up, was told after we both signed deal that if I didn't finance thru them, I would have to pay $1000 more. When I got up to back to work, because the numbers just didn't work for me, the " manager " said very loudly " you said you were ready to make a deal, are you going back on your word? . SINCE EVERYONE EMPLOYED BY THEM IS SITTING WHITHIN 10 FEET of my sales persons desk, I was so embarrassed!. I had written down on a piece of paper the calculations of the deal ( trade in value, taxes, sales price etc) that I had figured, I instructed my sales women to take that to her manager , she responded bluntly " he wont even look at that , that's your math". 5 minutes later, she wanted me to sign that piece of paper, after she had written a higher number on it..........I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY, AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!!! More

I came in driving a hard bargain and the Lindsay team remained professional, calm and courteous and at the end of the day put me in my new car. Beware of this dealership I was told that every used vehicle at this dealership has an average of $1300.00 in "reconditioning work" done to it to bring it up to The dealers sta I was told that every used vehicle at this dealership has an average of $1300.00 in "reconditioning work" done to it to bring it up to The dealers standards. I was told that what ever was needed to be done to this vehicle was done. I was told it was Virginia inspected. I believe all the above to be untrue. I live in Maryland and had to get the vehicle inspected in my state so I could get tags. Upon completion of the Maryland inspection I was told by the mechanic that it need new brakes because they were at 1/32's almost metal to metal. I was also told the emergency brake was out of adjustment. This is a Virginia state inspection requirement that was not done or found but is clearly on the list of things to be checked. Windshield wipers also did not pass. I had to spend an additional $510.00 in repairs for this that should have been found during the VA inspection. And certainly been found during the reconditioning phase. I have tried numerous times to reach someone at the dealership by phone and by email but no managers will return my messages. More
Terrible sales experience and lack of support I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet K3500 LTZ from Lindsay on a return trip from Afghanistan. I trusted the dealership to take care of everything which was I purchased my 2011 Chevrolet K3500 LTZ from Lindsay on a return trip from Afghanistan. I trusted the dealership to take care of everything which was a huge mistake on my part. After finishing my job in Afghanistan and coming home, my truck has only 28,000 miles on it. I needed to replace the tires so I went to my local Sams Club and bought 5 new Goodyear tires.When the tires came in I returned to have them replaced, turns out that there was no spare tire or hoist for a spare. I called Lindsay Chevrolet and talked to them and was told it was too long and the truck didn't come equipped with a spare. I called Chevrolet in Detroit and the rep checked my VIN and told me the truck should have came equipped with a spare and a pump. The Rep called Lindsay and talked to the sales manager and then told me that I was not going to get a spare or the hoist since these were dealer deletes. Never buy a vehicle from Lindsay Chevrolet!!! They are horrible when it comes to standing by the products they sell!!! More
Hidden Charges I purchased a 2014 Camaro Memorial Day weekend, upon getting home and looking at the paperwork I noticed $1500 had been added to the sale price. I wen I purchased a 2014 Camaro Memorial Day weekend, upon getting home and looking at the paperwork I noticed $1500 had been added to the sale price. I went to the dealership the next day for an explanation and was told that this amount was added to all used cars there to cover any work that had to be done. I was told my sales rep should have mentioned that to me which he didn't and they do not notate this fee anywhere on the paperwork. I will not purchase another car from this dealership again and do not recommend them due to the shady practice of hidden fees. ***UPDATE*** The dealership did contact me and corrected the issue with the fees, I am still waiting to hear back from them to get the spare key fob though. More

Scratched up car when I brought it in for a oil change Took my new 1 year old car in for a simple oil change and service recall, instead I got back a banged up/damaged car, careless service personnel and s Took my new 1 year old car in for a simple oil change and service recall, instead I got back a banged up/damaged car, careless service personnel and service manger that refused to fix any of the damage. Beware. Came back to pick up my car, the car exterior was scratched as was the interior dashboard, looked like someone keyed it getting in out of the car. When they drove the car out of the service bay, they bottomed out the car and severely damaged the Air dam and bumper, they did this in front of me watching. I pointed out all these issues to the service manager who refused to do anything. $100s worth of damage right in front of me, More
