At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I am grateful that Lexus provides loaners when servicing our cars. The Loaner dept however needs better organization .Either it is understaffed, or the staff are not motivated to do their job description. T our cars. It was difficult to get timely and transparent-seeming information from our representative. He seemed annoyed at having to answer questions.
