It has been over 30 days and the dealership has still not applied for my new car’s state registration. Still using temporary tags which are expiring. Dealer will not give me registration tracking or the cont applied for my new car’s state registration. Still using temporary tags which are expiring. Dealer will not give me registration tracking or the contact information for their “3rd party” company. The DMV has confirmed they have not received registration application from the dealer. Since this is illegal, we are going to have to pursue legal action. Extremely disappointing experience. More

Hello, this is my second review. I gave three stars in the first one, now I give one. They had to transfer the plates of my old car to the new one. But they order new ones. I did not receive a new car number within 90 days. When contacting them, they kept saying that everything is fine, you just have to wait. My daughter came to the store to renew the temporary plates, but they could not find the document related to the purchase of a new car. A few days later, when I called the Lexus store, they couldn't say anything either. You need to visit them personally to be able to solve the problems created by them. It costs you time and fuel.
