At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I have been a customer for several years now. This is my fifth Lexus and I am very happy with the service. However, on my last visit, I was informed that there were some additional charges due t This is my fifth Lexus and I am very happy with the service. However, on my last visit, I was informed that there were some additional charges due to "the age of my car". I got very confused because my car has only 15,000 miles in almost 20 months. This is a "baby car".... I am wondering if these charges were really necessary or if they were part of the regular Maintenace before and now Lexus wants to get money for them. More
