Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Service Manager seemed upset when asked what would actually be done to the vehicle. When unable to justify the cost for a long list of “checks” instead of actual work I was essentially dismissed and actually be done to the vehicle. When asked for help ti reset the maintenance light, he insisted that I must go somewhere else for it (thank God for Google). Certainly not what I expect from Lexus Service nor my experience in many many years with the brand. More
