My wait this time was a little longer, but I had changed appt time twice and they accommodated as best they could. Elder Abuse. On 11/27/2024 My dad George Vincent who is 77years went to buy a car at the Lexus dealership they sold my dad a Mercedes Benz . When I went to go On 11/27/2024 My dad George Vincent who is 77years went to buy a car at the Lexus dealership they sold my dad a Mercedes Benz . When I went to go visit my dad on 12/01/2024 I saw the car and I asked him questions about the purchased price of the car. I asked him where is the Sales Contract agreement that he signed for the car. He said they never gave it to him . He said when he went to the dealership everything that he signed was digital and he was never given the opportunity to look over the documents on the screen. The financial representative just verbally told him to signed the sales contracted digitally, But they never gave him a Hard Copy. All the document was saved to a USB that was attached to the car key. My dad does not own a computer or a printer. He does not know how to work a computer. He went back to the dealership repeatedly asking for a hard copy of the agreement and they refused to give him one. He told them that he does not know how to use a USB and asked for a paper copy they then told him to go home and ask his son to upload the document from the USB and print the document. My name is Jeffrey Vincent I am his son and I don’t live with my dad. On 12/13/2024 I took a day off of work and went to the dealership with my dad and demanded a paper copy of the sales contract and when they gave it to us my dad and I reviewed it and saw that they up charged my dad with some much finance charges and high interest rate that my dad was not told or made aware of. My dad is Haitian and English is not his first language so I knew they he did not understand all the terms that was said to him so they took advantage and refused to give him a hard copy of the agreement knowing that if they had done this my dad would have not taken the deal. While we were at the dealer I demanded that they void the contract and take the car back because of fraud and they knew what they did was wrong but they refused to cancel the contract that they convinced my dad to sign without providing a copy of the contract so he can review it with someone who probably can speak creole to go over it with him so he could make a sound decision . My father is a nice Christian man that does not like to cause issues and trust people to easily. Due to this he trusted that the Lexus employee would do right by him. I knew something was wrong when they repeatedly refused to give a a hard copy of the agreement . Help my Dad get justice .Thank you . More
