Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Alex Suarez provided excellent service at the start of the process and showed me t The staff at Lexus of North Miami was professional from the start. Alex Suarez provided excellent service at the start of the process and showed me the exact vehicle I wanted to see. He explained it perfectly and then oversaw the entire process with Platinum White Glove Service! Next was Mabel Morejon in financing. She walked me through the process efficiently and professionally. With her big screened she explained all of the docs and I was through in the blink of an eye! Then Gabriel Torres provided excellent insurance transfers and gave me an incredible education on Car Insurance at the same time! Finally, Alex Suarez finished everything off by bringing the new car over, handling the trade in, and getting me out of there in less than 2 hours! AMAZING! They made a great team! More

I wasn’t really looking to change my car as I s Went in for a maintenance on my previous Lexus and as I was waiting I was greeted by Mr Miguel Thodde. I wasn’t really looking to change my car as I still had a te left on my lease. But Miguel showed me the new 2019 nx300 caviar color and explained all the features and explained how safety the car is. it was love at first site. I explained how I didn’t want to go over my budget. He helped leave in a brand new Lexus. Mauricio helped with the finance and also recommended some options. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Lexus. More
