At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). Great experience with this dealership and my sales person Luis. I contacted Luis on Sunday and made an appointment to test drive a Lexus LC 500 on Monday. When I arrived on Monday the car was ready for me Luis. I contacted Luis on Sunday and made an appointment to test drive a Lexus LC 500 on Monday. When I arrived on Monday the car was ready for me to see and drive. Luis is extremely professional and not your typical salesperson. Very personable and attentive to my questions and needs. No pressure or other typical car salesperson tactics. We came to an agreement on price and a few hours later I drove off the lot with my new car (actually slightly used with less than 10,000 miles but the car looks brand new). I also dealt with the business manager George who was equally personable and attentive without being pushy. This is a great dealership to work with and I have been buying Lexus vehicles for over 25 years so I have a lot of experience with Lexus cars, sales and service. I have been impressed with everything about this dealership and will continue to patronize them and refer them new customers. More
