At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). My deal was cash and the negotiations were done via telephone prior to my arrival. The delivery part with the sales associate went well. The person wasn't knowledgeable with my deal and every time I ask any questions about anything she either said that's how they do things here with no clarification or she blamed the sales person for not communicating correctly. She made my experience that should have been simple very stressful and for that reason I will not return. I am a Lexus loyalist and plan to buy a GX, but due to my experience I will not return to Lexus of North Miami for the purchase. More
