And, as always, Koon’s, in particular Todd Eckhard, my Service Rep for all all these years, made it perfectly convenient timing for service. Having moved to Ocean Pines/Berlin on the Eastern Shore, I will certainly miss the car care & convenience. Well, maybe I can time visit back to Westminster to coincide with planned service. Koon’s Toyota sets the highest standards! Thank you. More

I waited 3 hours after having an appointment to be told minor information and was offered a crazy solution. My wheel had a minor crack in it and they offered me a new wheel and told me my cars wheel was “s minor information and was offered a crazy solution. My wheel had a minor crack in it and they offered me a new wheel and told me my cars wheel was “special” because its alloy? Mostly all wheels are? And quoted me $1000+ for 1. It costs $200 from a factory wheel website for an exact oem copy why am I being scammed $800 and made to wait 3 hours for this terrible information, on top of being rudely greeted upon entering the service desks area. What are you doing More
