Absolutely ZERO communication. I was ignored, passed around the phone system, my vehicle was kept for WEEKS and they were unable to fix my issue. Dropped car off on a Wednesday night for a Thursday appt. Only needed an oil change, check for noise coming from underneath and a recall fir an oil valve. I took my car in for a scheduled appointment. They did not get to the car at all day one. On day two I picked up the car and took elsewhere. Usually I get great service. 9am appointment (recall) so I was there extra early and I was out by 9:15. Mike and everyone else I encountered was great.
