I have had a camera on order for almost a yeAr. In that time I have had collision repair, oil changes and service and even a recall. But I have never been called once about the camera and twice had to convince your team I sorcerer a camera. Seems amazing there are so many bad cameras Ford can’t make just one. One star only because I couldn't go lower. Truck went in for basic oil change and tire rotation. I called multiple times with a promise of a call back that I never received. Called at 4 pm Truck went in for basic oil change and tire rotation. I called multiple times with a promise of a call back that I never received. Called at 4 pm to find out that my car was never taken back. Ridiculous. Dont make commitments that you have no intention of keeping or are too lazy to do your job. More
