The dealership service was fine. However, picking up the truck — the person that brought the truck around may have been smoking or vaping pot. Also, he attempted to pull out the mirrors on the side of the truck. On this truck they are electric and that was one of the things that was being fixed on the truck. So I was not very pleased about that, and the steering wheel was greasy. More

I came in to test drive a Ford F150 Lightning, this was going to be gift to myself for my birthday. Fell in love with it, but wasn’t a fan of the color. He personally drove to pick it up, get it inspected, detailed, wrapped with a bow, and ready for delivery the following day. A+ service! More
