New battery was replaced in my 2019 Ford Escape, May 4, 2026, but my Key fob retuned to me disabled. went back to Service to get it fixed and they said that I had to pay $400 to get it reprogrammed. I trus 2026, but my Key fob retuned to me disabled. went back to Service to get it fixed and they said that I had to pay $400 to get it reprogrammed. I trusted the service department with my key fob. and they returned to me uncensored to unlocking my car doors. Now I have to take the fob apart to unlock my car doors and the alarm goes off every time I have to get into my car. Would you want to have to have your Mom deal with such a mistake and make her pay $400 after paying $300 for the new battery, I entrusted the Service Department to take care of the fob, not dismantle it, More

Came in for maintenance and the service was super quick. I would not take my car any other place. I also like being kept aware when service was completed and being able to pay thru the app!
