Schedule an appt for 0900 several weeks prior yo the appt. Arrived at 0900. At noon i went to service advisor to check on my vehicle as it was o ly an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid topoff. Adv appt. Arrived at 0900. At noon i went to service advisor to check on my vehicle as it was o ly an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid topoff. Advisor said tgey had not yet started on the vehiclr AT NOON. I requested my vehicle be returned to me wihour being serviced! Very, very poor customer service. I also contacted the corporate office and received a case number. Also left message for service manager to call me back and never received a call back. More
