They tried to charge me for work that was not authorized, they had no parts to complete the factory recalls with no idea on when the parts would be i They tried to charge me for work that was not authorized, they had no parts to complete the factory recalls with no idea on when the parts would be in. They looked at a customer-initiated recall for the front end and could not explain to me what was or how it could be repaired, and the adaptive steering issue could not be fixed and stated that the parts could be up to a year away. I was scheduled for a tire change which was clearly listed on the appointment. Sat in the waiting room for an hour and a half before someone came in to tell me they don’t have the tire in stock! I said “ when I was here for my service “ to which he replied “On so way back on the 27th” So apparently it’s the customers job to keep track and make sure they have what they need in stock . Seems to me they need better management. Tried to downplay it and just say we can get it ordered and you can come back this afternoon or tomorrow morning and will get you in and out of here. No apology for me sitting there for an hour and a half missing work and total disregard for my time. Definitely will be looking for another dealership for service. The sweet lady in the waiting room is the only reason I would even give 1 star. More
