Zero stars for this Ford dealer - like most dealerships they are gouging the customer by charging $5,000 over MSRP for their vehicles. I will NEVER pay anything over MSRP for any vehicle. Pure profit for they are gouging the customer by charging $5,000 over MSRP for their vehicles. I will NEVER pay anything over MSRP for any vehicle. Pure profit for the dealer, customer screwed. Stay away from dealers like this - there are plenty of dealers in the country that are not penalizing their potential customers for something that is out of their control. More
My 2019 Ford F-150 has been at Koons Ford of Annapolis since Feb. 8, 2022. I haven't received a full diagnosis yet and any contact I've had with the service advisor was initiated by me. The last message I since Feb. 8, 2022. I haven't received a full diagnosis yet and any contact I've had with the service advisor was initiated by me. The last message I left for the service adviser was the 25th of March and he as yet to return my call. I fully understand supply issues however what does a supply chain issue have to do with customer service. I would think after being without my truck for over 2 months the least Koons Ford of Annapolis could do is offer a loaner but again since they haven't contacted me I guess that would be asking to much. I strongly suggest anyone considering Koons Ford of Annapolis should think twice about taking their business there, here is to hoping I get my truck back before May. More

I had appt. at 9am. My service advisor said to call later in the day to check on status. I called at 3 pm and had to leave a message. At the end of business hours, I still had not received a status report on in the day to check on status. I called at 3 pm and had to leave a message. At the end of business hours, I still had not received a status report on my car. I called the next morning at 9 am and left messages on two phone numbers. An hour later after receiving no update, I called the main number and a woman in service had to physically find my service advisor. He finally called and went to check on my car. 26 hours after my appointment time, my car had not even been looked at. I asked my advisor when it might begin to be serviced and was told he did not know. I came and picked up my vehicle. That is some way to run a business. When I bought the car, Ford was eager to sell me an extended warranty which I purchased. It seems they are not so eager to service my vehicle. More
I'm going to write this review and I haven't even picked up my truck. I called to make a service appointment, which was already 3 weeks out. Then because I wanted my transmission looked at, I had to push up my truck. I called to make a service appointment, which was already 3 weeks out. Then because I wanted my transmission looked at, I had to push the appointment out a few more days. No problem. Or at least I thought no problem. I drop off my truck, Mike Treas, ASM says casually, they are backed up in transmission. I asked what that means and he says a few hours delay, maybe overnight but he will give me a call. Surprise, he didn't call. I left a message last night, no return call, it is already 1pm the next day. I called him this afternoon and he said, well they haven't even looked at it and he has no idea when they will get to it. No I'm sorry, but instead he blames it on me by saying, "well you had so many complaints." Excuse me for being concerned. I paid a lot for a truck and have a service plan (as did many others). I told him to have it ready at 6pm...looked at or not. I'm sure the service technicians are great. Too bad they face of Koons Service is so poor. I'm finished with the service bay at Koons. Poor service, poor communication. More
Never buy a car from Koons Ford, or preorder one. I preordered a Mustang Mach E in July 2020 and it was delivered to Koons in April 2021. I was informed by the sales team that it had arrived. When I c preordered a Mustang Mach E in July 2020 and it was delivered to Koons in April 2021. I was informed by the sales team that it had arrived. When I came by the showroom to pick it up, they said the car was not actually mine, and they told me the vehicle was a demo car from Ford. I found out a couple days later that it was my car, but it had been sold to another customer. Ted Bodnar, the sales manager, lied to my face about the status of my car! Ted intentionally deceived me when I had visited the Koons dealership, and his staff sold the car that I had specifically ordered and reserved months earlier. I had preordered this car with my specifications and had been working with sales staff to pick it up, and they sold it out from under me to another buyer. I did not give Ted or any member of the sales staff authorization to sell this car that had been on hold for me. This entire process was very stressful since the information provided was contradictory and deceptive. Their customer service is appalling and the sales team was extremely hard to deal with. They never seriously tried to remedy the situation even after a letter was sent to the owner of the dealership. The whole process was unethical and unprofessional. Go to another dealer if you want to purchase a Ford. I ended up getting a Mach E from Al Packer's Ford in White Marsh and had an excellent buying experience there. More

The sales manager and general manager provided poor customer service, in our experience, with the potential purchase of two pre-owned cars. They also showed no consideration of our time, displaying no customer service, in our experience, with the potential purchase of two pre-owned cars. They also showed no consideration of our time, displaying no urgency, which we needed due to our circumstance. The third strike against them, was expecting us to pay full sticker price on the two cars! This was after buying a car from another Koon's location in Maryland, earlier in that week, only to find out this particular car's wiring was faulty. In this case, after further exploration, the rodents had eaten up the wiring harnesses, in the engine bay area! Thanks to lemon laws, we were able to return the car, after being returned to the shop, on three separate occasions within one week. This was prior to our visitation to Koons Ford of Annapolis. Our mistake, was visiting (KOON'S FORD OF ANNAPOLIS) attempting to buy two pre-owned cars. The sales manager was very arrogant and rude in behavior. We felt bad for the young man, that was our sales person. He was friendly and professional. We do not want to mention his name, since he had no part in this negative experience. Needless to say, we cannot endorse KOONS, regardless of which Koons brother has ownership of any particular KOONS dealership location! The good news, we successfully purchased two beautiful pre-owned cars, from Sheehey Infiniti of Annapolis. The was no comparison, in the customer service experience. The entire staff treated us with dignity and class. Thank you Sheehey! More
Customer Service is Horrible. Stay clear of Courtney. Her unprofessional and condescending attitude is a primary reason why I will never have my Lincoln serviced here again.
