Attempted to reach service advisor Drew 5 times throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing. I had to drive 40 minutes to go talk to him throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing. I had to drive 40 minutes to go talk to him in-person. Claimed "oh, I must have called back the wrong number". Sure buddy. Dealership had my vehicle for 2 days. Did nothing at all with it during those 2 days. The absolute worst service experience. Went to another dealer where my issue was resolved within one day and the advisor actually called me. More
I dropped my car off to be serviced and was told multiple times the car would be ready that evening. The shop closed and they never called to say the car was not going to ready. The next day I was informed t times the car would be ready that evening. The shop closed and they never called to say the car was not going to ready. The next day I was informed that my car had not been worked on at all that day because supposedly the tech was out. Then I was told the parts needed for the recall were not available yet. My car was in the shop for 2 days with no work done to it. I am now waiting for the part to supposedly come in but it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back. I called the general manager to discuss the whole situation and left a voicemail but he never had the decency to return the call. More
