My Lincoln Navigator broke down 3 hours away from my home. I was stranded without a vehicle while on vacation. Tom Alcorn came to my rescue. Mona helped him keep me in the loop on the status of my car. They both offered their cell numbers to me and always answered when I called. I have received my car back and it's like brand new. They keep in contact with me, ensuring my vehicle is running smoothly and seeing if I need anything. This is the definition of TOP NOTCH customer service. The whole team stayed late to help make sure I could get to the dealership and decide whether or not I wanted to buy my new truck. Gary took the time to answer all my questions over the phone, sent me pics and videos and ensured me they were happy to wait well past closing time for me to make the 5.5 hour drive to see the truck. He never rushed me and even had some bonus surprises when I arrived. They were also able to get me a better financing deal than my credit union was giving me. I would definitely purchase from this team again! More
