The mark of a really good service department is how the employees discuss the customers choices. Rob does this very well. He comes up with new suggestions that I would not have thought about. He suggested I use my points to lower the costs of a bed cover for my truck! Good idea. The other day I had a nail in my back tire. It was the end of the work day and I called to make an appointment for the next day. Rob said to bring the truck in before the end of the day. I really appreciate that. More
