Service was fine - work performed on my car was terrible. Had to have microchip replaced in the radio - get my car back and the plastic interior pieces were not put together correctly. I can't say enough good things about Klaben Ford. I had a problem with tires on a leased vehicle and the took the time to meet with, examined my tires and offered solutions for down the road.
