At lease buy out, we were told of a $500 charge. When we questioned this, our salesman said that Ford charges this for some reason not explained. Also, after buying the Certified warrantee we were When we questioned this, our salesman said that Ford charges this for some reason not explained. Also, after buying the Certified warrantee we were then pressured to buy another extended warrantee when we were filling out the final paperwork with Denise Miller. We find this objectionable. I was able to set up a next day appointment. I spoke to Jessica Meacham. She was quick and helpful. The employee (Cole Mathes)called me before he arrived.
