As usual, Mona Crooks was super helpful as she expedited the work on my truck. Daily calls of progress etc, kept me updated and informed. Zero stress with the Klaben team!! Total overall experience was great. Tyler was informative and conscientious. He provided a rental car when mine wasn’t ready when promised. All repairs were done as expected. I was in for a safety recall. They had a driver handy to take me home and pick me up. My recall was done right the first time so no service was really needed.
