I have been a customer of Klaben for 25 years and will never buy or lease a vehicle from anywhere else. You can count on the Klaben family, from the top down, to treat you with respect and friendliness. There is absolutely no high pressure sales. They will listen to your needs and what you are looking for. They will help guide you through the process to make sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Richard Klaben and Christine Klaben worked with me personally to assist in a very difficult situation and I could not be more grateful for their honesty and guidance, My salesperson, Chris Moldas, spent all the time I needed to walk me through the application process and then make sure I got familiar with every part of my new vehicle, including connecting my phone to the vehicle and setting up the Ford app so I could use remote start and all the functions it offers. Jennifer, in finance, had me laughing while signing all the paperwork. She took her time to explain each piece and, on a very difficult day for me, truly took the time to brighten my spirits and make sure I left Klaben smiling. Klaben is more than just a car dealership. Just bought a new Lincoln. Had it built. On the day I arrived to do the paperwork and pick it up, there were no less than seven people who got involved (!) including Richard Kl Had it built. Richard set the tone, sharing how important it is for him that each Klaben person listens to the customer and uses empathy for the customer's situation before making any decision--whether it be a decision about pricing, delivery, service, or any extra that might need attention. My salesperson, Doug Lewin, is a great human being who counts himself successful ONLY if the customer is 100 percent satisfied. Sean Bradford, in service, showed up to share a dozen interesting and heartfelt points of view about customer service and how his shop is committed to it. Frankly, given that Lincoln built and delivered the car during an autoworker's strike, there were one or several things that went wrong during the process. At each of these points, Klaben stepped in to "make it right." I've been with Klaben for eight years and that phrase is one I have heard very, very often. When something goes wrong. They fix the problem. Period. I have never had any Klaben employee dance around, trying to deflect a problem with smoke and mirrors. This organization wants to "do the right thing." Each time. Every time. Klaben is going all in on Lincoln, building a new showroom, committing to provide dedicated Lincoln service. At this point, they are the best Lincoln dealer in the state. When the new digs are done, they will be one of the best Lincoln dealerships in the country. Lucky me. Lucky you. Go meet these people. They will make you smile. More
