We take all feedback from our customers, both good and bad, and share it with the entire team to reflect on the content for affirmation of our success as well as to address and correct our failures. After speaking with you, it was clear we failed you both in ensuring the vehicle was properly detailed at delivery and in failing to review the soft top kit to make sure all pieces and parts were included. I am also sorry to hear that the rear seat belts aren't latching. I can promise you that these inconveniences were not our intention.
