I've been working with Kim since 2022 and I've always had an incredible service experience with her. Great service from Gavin but there is an issue with Klaben. I believe the are in need of a software guy to help them out with programming of the different modules that run the vehicle. I had a factory Klaben. I believe the are in need of a software guy to help them out with programming of the different modules that run the vehicle. I had a factory tow package installed by Klqben, but it appears that only part of the programming was completed. There are no tow functions in Sync4 except for the trailer light test and the trailer check list. I believe the trailer sway options should be in there as well. Also I have asked them to turn on the built in Alexa and they say they can’t do it. I believe the software is there and both just need to be turned on. More
