My appointment wasn't until 930am but they allowed me to drop it off early so I wouldn't have to leave work. They performed two recalls on my Focus and were done by 10am. Every time I take my Ranger in for maintenance I am treated with respect and courtesy and everyone is very professional and when I leave I have the confidence that the work has been done correctly.
