My sons car is a 2016 Ford Focus and had very noticeable clutch issues, as do all the Focus’s . Although it wasn’t yet part of a law suit, Brianna in service and other employees at Ganley worked at gettin clutch issues, as do all the Focus’s . Although it wasn’t yet part of a law suit, Brianna in service and other employees at Ganley worked at getting my sons clutch plate replaced at no charge. We were extremely grateful for all their hard work and efforts in getting that done!! More

It took 2 days to get a diagnostic for my car. (Thursday/Friday).Then was told they would have to order parts but they would be in Monday, so we scheduled for the following Friday to ensure everyt (Thursday/Friday).Then was told they would have to order parts but they would be in Monday, so we scheduled for the following Friday to ensure everything was available. Dropped the car off Friday morning. Got a call close to noon stating all the parts weren’t in and it was going to take longer. I have was advised by friends and family NOT to go to Ganley but I wanted to give them a chance. I was very disappointed. More
