The service department is great, the sales department is lacking. You can service my car but I won’t be buying one from your dealership anytime soon. Horrible experience coming in to look at a new Ford Bronco. I get policy and I get that not everyone should be able to drive one, because most aren’t serious buyers. Well I was and I wasn’t impressed with the sales person. I think the sales person forget they are representing more than a dealership, they’re representing a brand that people are loyal to. I love and trust my Ford and that’s why I keep buying them. You need better sales people and you need to relax your approach on reaching out to people. It’s aggressive and overbearing. More
