If I could give Mike Hartley more than 5 stars I would. I had my 2015 Lincoln Navigator sent to your shop for a pretty major repair that was covered by my warranty. The large local dealership in Akron that I had my 2015 Lincoln Navigator sent to your shop for a pretty major repair that was covered by my warranty. The large local dealership in Akron that I purchased it from was not capable of doing the work so they sent me to Ganley. From the moment I interacted with Mike, he took charge of the situation and was on it every step of the way. He worked directly with the other dealership to make sure they followed through on their warranty and he held them accountable and believe me, it wasn't an easy task. He was awesome in communicating daily (sometimes multiple times per day) to keep me in the loop and informing what I needed to do from my end. If there was a way to teach customer focus and empathy lessons in the auto business, Mike Hartley could teach a master class. After a week of having my car in the shop (primarily due to the lackluster performance of the dealership I purchased it from) our car was repaired by Mike and his team of well trained and extremely competent team. I can't thank him enough. I plan to bring my vehicle to your dealership for its' routine maintenance now thanks in part to the service that Mike provided. He really went the extra mile to make sure everything was handled correctly. I wish there was a way to bottle his customer focus, empathy and down to earth nature for others in the industry to learn from. Kudo to Mike and the team at Ganley Ford in Akron. Thanks again!
