A month ago I brought my Ford Fusion in for service due to an idle issue and randomly stalling. Your team had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks, couldn’t pinpoint the exact problem. Made an educated guess and to an idle issue and randomly stalling. Your team had the vehicle for almost 2 weeks, couldn’t pinpoint the exact problem. Made an educated guess and replaced a part. When I picked the vehicle up, I made it to downtown Barberton and it stalled. Maybe 2-3 miles! I thought it could be due to having 18 miles left in the fuel tank. When the vehicle was dropped off it had just over 1/2 tank. I called Brianna and voiced my concern. She said bring it back down and we can take another look. Also stated that they would waive the $190 diagnostic charge and work with me on the labor charges since it wasn’t fixed the 1st time. This time the purge valve was changed due to HISTORIC code. Same historic code as the last time. I paid over $1100 to have this vehicle serviced for a few hundred dollar part, paid the diagnostic charge both times and after lengthy discussions, she removed about $75 in random charges??? More

We had tried two different shops and paid to have the problem with our car fixed only to be disappointed. We decided to take it to a dealer and are so glad we did! When I walked in I was greeted imeatedly from a very friendly sales staff. My primary purpose for my visit was for service on my 2021 Ranger, which was awesome.
